The decision to introduce a new puppy into your home is an important step for you and your family. While the benefits of pet ownership are many, these are balanced by new responsibilities that must be assumed by each family member. Wing-N-Wave recognizes that even after careful consideration, unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from fulfilling these obligations. In consideration of oncern for both you and the puppy, if for any reason you find the puppy to be unsuitable to your situation, you may return the puppy to Wing-N-Wave within three days of purchase for a refund.
Your original deposit is not refundable under the Three Day Return Privilege
If, in the opinion of your veterinarian, your puppy has any physical problem which makes it a poor health risk, you may within fourteen days of purchase, return the puppy to Wing-N-Wave for a full refund or full credit towards another puppy.
To make a claim under this provision, bring your puppy back to Wing-N-Wave as quickly as possible after your veterinarian's examination. You must also bring a signed statement from your veterinarian showing the date, within the fourteen day period, on which he conducted his examination and the reason why he believes the puppy to be a poor health risk. This statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting his opinion.Since it is your intention to return the puppy for refund or credit, your veterinarian should not provide any further immunizations or treatment for the puppy. Be assured that all necessary care will be provided after consultation with our veterinarian upon the puppy's return to Wing-N-Wave.
If, within two years from the purchase date, your puppy is diagnosed by your veterinarian as having a debilitating congenital defect that in his opinion prevents your puppy from serving you as a companion pet, Wing-N-Wave will, at your option, provide you with either a full refund or full credit towards another Wing-N-Wave puppy.
To make a claim under this provision, bring a signed statement from your veterinarian indicating the date of his diagnosis, the nature of the defect, his statement that the defect is congenital in nature, and the reasons why the defect prevents the puppy from serving as a companion pet.Refunds may be dependent upon a second veterinarian's opinion, at expense to Wing-N-Wave. In some cases it may be required that you return the puppy.
If during its lifetime, your puppy is diagnosed as having retinal dysplasia, progressive retinal atrophy, or hereditary epilepsy syndrome, Wing-N-Wave will, at your option, provide you with a full refund or full credit towards another Wing-N-Wave puppy if within two years of the purchase date, or credit towards another Wing-N-Wave puppy if after two years of purchase.
Breeding stock at Wing-N-Wave are certified by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA), if 2 years or older, or by a licensed veterinarian, if under 2 years of age, to be free of hip dysplasia. Hip dysplasia cannot be diagnosed at birth and is not considered a congenital anomaly. There is strong evidence that the primary cause of hip dysplasia is joint laxity very early in life. Although many genes are responsible for the development of hip dysplasia, 50% of the variation of severity of hip dysplasia is caused by environmental factors. If your puppy is determined by the OFA to have moderate or severe hip dysplasia at or within 24 months of age, Wing-N-Wave will provide you with a complete refund or credit towards another puppy.
To make a claim under this provision, you must send Wing-N-Wave a copy of the OFA written report.
I, the undersigned, have read and completely understand this warranty, including the General Terms and Conditions, all of which I accept.
